Here is the first review I gave: I subscribed for a year of Bloomsy Box deliveries back in August of 2024. And I want to say I have been very, very, very pleased with the flowers -- and the wonderful service. They -- aka Kristen -- have been so accommodating in letting me change the recipient every month. This year, I am using most of my subscription months for me to give "in kind" gifts of flowers to 3 of the charities that I support that have events with raffle or silent auction prizes: Second Chance Global, Hope Renovations, and Throw Pink Disc Golf. While I am disappointed that BB will not gift flowers to "my" charities directly any more - because they get so many requests, they have a policy of "one charity, one time" per customer...I am delighted to try to get Bloomsy Box new customers by donating my subscription to the charities that I love ( at least for 12 months). Exceptional customer service, hard to find that today!
I received my monthly arrangement, it looked pretty bad considering the hot weather lately! Opened the box and cut the stems, added the dry solution/ water and the next morning they looked fresh and in good shape! Good customer service!!
The flowers are absolutely beautiful and last for such a long time. I am so impressed when one shipment the box had been damaged and several roses broken that they sent me another shipment. They are responsive and kind in their emails which makes it so nice to order from them.
