If for any reason you are not absolutely satisfied with the freshness of your flowers, please email us at info@bloomsybox.com within 48 hours after receiving the product and we will gladly replace the bouquet or refund your money. 

We provide beautiful flowers direct from farms around the world on a subscription basis. We appeal to the chic and discerning person that is excited to try new things and learn through discovery. That’s the concept of our subscription box. Plus we’re different than most of the online floral vendors firstly, no mixed bouquets with unnecessary extras - we only deal in "single-varietal bunches"; secondly the flowers are sourced direct from suppliers in Holland,South America and California meaning no middle-man mark-up to move up the price; thirdly, we don’t use plastic on our wrapping only eco-friendly paper.

We want to be your new favorite monthly subscription, bringing a smile to your face and fresh blooms to your door. BloomsyBox  is the premier Fresh flower subscription service. Each month we handpick at our farms the freshest blooms and send them to you. Our blooms come in three sizes—Small, Medium and Large.

Good question! Each monthly box contains a fresh handpicked bouquet delivered direct from our farms around the world . 

We’re really choosy about what goes into your box...and how it arrives at your door. From selecting only the finest seasonal blooms or traditionally beautiful bouquets, every bloom will be carefully cosseted in our signature Box for a flawless arrival at your door.
We're really proud of our boxes because we know every bloom as been harvested at a  Veriflora and Rain Forest Alliance certified  farms. And that's what our goal is - to make people happy with fresh and beautiful blooms each month.

Seasons change and so will your Bloomsy Box!

Your first BloomsyBox will be delivered between 5-7 days after we receive the order. 
All other deliveries will be made between the 16th or the 23rd of each month, unless specified otherwise.

Our flower family is growing, and we’ve been busy working on ways to keep everyone #BloomingHappy! 
To improve your BloomsyBox experience and the quality of our flowers, we will be centralizing monthly BloomsyBox deliveries between the 16th-23rd of each month. Mark it in your calendars, create an alert on your phone, and keep your eyes peeled for that bright red box of happy mail on your doorstep!

We use FedEx for US domestic orders; currently we're not shipping outside the US. Orders usually arrive on the 18th of each month except when the 18th of the month is a  Saturday, Sunday or Monday in those cases we may change the delivery date for the 19th or the 20th.

Billing and Payment

We currently accept all major credit cards:

  • Visa
  • Master
  • CardDiscover
  • JCB
  • Diners
  • AmEx

Our payment system needs to verify the CVC/CVV code along with the billing address zip code. Your billing address and shipping address do not need to be the same, we just need to verify for the zip code of the card.

If you are using a pre-paid gift card, please check with the issuing company to see if you need to register the card or if they provide the zip code.

If you are still having issues with your payment card, please contact your bank first and then contact us for more trouble shooting.

You will be billed for your full plan immediately upon signup. After the first subscription cycle end(month-to-month, 3, 6 or 12 month) you would next be billed on the 4th of the month .(not to worry, you can cancel the upcoming renewal prior to your next billing date)

BloomsyBox is a subscription service that automatically renews every cycle. We want to make sure our customers don't miss a single Bloom! We try to make this apparent on the site when you order or log into your account, but sometimes it gets missed!

Updating your Subscription

BloomsyBox Gift subscriptions make a great present for those who love fresh flowers. 

With a gift subscription the recipient will not receive an invoice of the payment information. You have the option of renewing or not the gift at the end of the original term.

You can select between a mont-to-month , 3 month prepay, 6 month prepay and 12 month prepay gift subscription. A gift message can be included as well.

You will definitely receive all of the boxes from your original subscription! Canceling means your subscription will not renew. (Just remember you must cancel before the 4th of your renewal month.)

Remember, any changes must be made by the 4th of the month, if you want them to be reflected in the that month's shipment!

Please note that canceling from your subscription page only cancels the upcoming renewal of the subscription.

It's very sad to see you go! But if you must, here's how:

Upon subscription  you received an e-mail with a  link to manage your subscription. Using that link, you can cancel online anytime.If you are unable to find the original e-mail, you can to also cancel your BloomsyBox subscription using your account.

  1. Log into your BloomsyBox account
  2. Click on the "Edit" icon under Your Subscription(s) area on the left hand
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will find the option to cancel the renewal of your subscription.

Please be sure to cancel you subscription before your Billing Date to avoid renewing your subscription for the next cycle.

Shipping

Absolutely! You can make changes on your delivery date from the 4th and the 9th of each month.  Just let us know when do you want to receive the flowers and we'll arrange the delivery according to your request.

Not to panic! We ship our boxes between the 9th and the 12th of each month, so you should receive your BloomsyBox the following day.

Think your BloomsyBox might be missing in action? Let us know and email info@BloomsyBox.com. We will do all we can to get your flowers or ship a new box.
