There have been times when something didn't go right when I've ordered a single delivery for other friends, but their customer service person, Kristen, gets right on it and makes it right.

So I ordered a bouquet for my mother's birthday, but in my haste did not update the delivery address correctly, leaving it as the billing address. Customer Service reached out pretty quickly and advised me of the possible mistake. Good thing too as delivery was in the next day. Great product and great service.

Every flower subscription gift box we send you is designed with the latest floral trend in mind but is customized to give a stand-out look you won’t find with any other flower delivery service! Depending on your plan – whether classic, seasonal or luxe - you will always receive a flower bouquet valued between 10%-25% more than the cost of your flower subscription plan. In the case of weekly flower subscriptions with more than six deliveries, some bouquets may repeat.
