Our orchid was damaged in transit. I communicated the situation with BloomsyBox customer support and got an immediate sympathetic reply. They asked only if I had photos of the damage, which I was happy to provide. Two days later we got an exact replacement orchid (which survived shipping)! With service like this, I am a BloomsyBox customer for life!

I am so happy I ordered from BloomsyBox. I love having fresh flowers in my home all the time. My flowers were beautiful and packaged well. Quality of the flowers were great. The company and the website was great with easy access and gave insite of what to expect. They did not let me down. Delivery showed up right at my door with perfect timing as described. Here is the first review I gave: I subscribed for a year of Bloomsy Box deliveries back in August of 2024. And I want to say I have been very, very, very pleased with the flowers -- and the wonderful service. They -- aka Kristen -- have been so accommodating in letting me change the recipient every month. I plan to send myself the bouquet for the last month -- my birthday month - and then start over. Beautiful flowers, beautiful service, beautiful smiles from the recipients. What more can one ask for? This year, I am using most of my subscription months for me to give "in kind" gifts of flowers to 3 of the charities that I support that have events with raffle or silent auction prizes: Second Chance Global, Hope Renovations, and Throw Pink Disc Golf. While I am disappointed that BB will not gift flowers to "my" charities directly any more - because they get so many requests, they have a policy of "one charity, one time" per customer...I am delighted to try to get Bloomsy Box new customers by donating my subscription to the charities that I love ( at least for 12 months). Exceptional customer service, hard to find that today!

I received my monthly arrangement, it looked pretty bad considering the hot weather lately! Opened the box and cut the stems, added the dry solution/ water and the next morning they looked fresh and in good shape! Good customer service!!

The flowers are absolutely beautiful and last for such a long time. I am so impressed when one shipment the box had been damaged and several roses broken that they sent me another shipment. They are responsive and kind in their emails which makes it so nice to order from them.

I’ve always had a great experience with BloomsyBox. The bouquets are stunning, and their customer service is excellent. On my last order, they caught that I’d accidentally left my own address on a gift order and reached out before it shipped.

The 6-month subscription for monthly bouquets was a perfect birthday gift for my mom. We live across the country from each other, so it was extra special for her (and me) that she would receive a gorgeous and high-quality bouquet each month. BloomsyBox's customer service is wonderful, and the quality of the flowers are so, so, good.

I get flowers every 3 weeks and I love this vompany. They are welpackaged and have an unbelievable freshness. Shipping is quick and beautifully packaged
