Yes. Points expire 12 months after they are earned. Because points expire based on when they were earned, different portions of your points balance may have different expiration dates. We recommend using your points regularly so you don't miss out on your rewards.

BloomsyBox Rewards has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Subscriber.

Bronze — Our starting tier for BloomsyBox Rewards members.
Silver — Unlocked after 3 qualifying orders during the calendar year.
Gold — Unlocked after 6 qualifying orders during the calendar year.
Subscriber — Available to active BloomsyBox subscribers.

Each tier can unlock additional benefits, including higher points multipliers, bigger birthday bonuses, early access to new collections, seasonal perks, and other exclusive rewards.

Simply keep shopping! You'll start at Bronze, move to Silver after 3 qualifying orders, and reach Gold after 6 qualifying orders. Active BloomsyBox subscribers receive access to the Subscriber tier and its exclusive benefits.

Active BloomsyBox subscribers receive access to our Subscriber tier, including a 2x points multiplier, 200 birthday points, free shipping, subscriber-exclusive loyalty benefits, and additional opportunities to earn bonus points. Subscribers also earn 100 bonus points when starting a subscription and 200 bonus points when reaching their 8th renewal.

Bronze, Silver, and Gold status is based on qualifying orders placed during the calendar year. Your VIP tier will be determined by your eligible activity during each annual VIP period.

Some BloomsyBox Rewards offers are created for specific groups of customers based on factors such as VIP status, previous purchases, subscription status, or seasonal shopping activity. That means you may occasionally receive an exclusive reward created specifically for a particular group of BloomsyBox customers.

Yes! You can continue sharing BloomsyBox with friends and family, subject to the terms and eligibility requirements of the BloomsyBox referral program.

Eligible balances from our previous loyalty program will be transferred to BloomsyBox Rewards as part of the transition. Your eligible existing balance will be migrated into the new program so you can continue enjoying BloomsyBox Rewards.
