Farm To Table – Not Just For Food
Wednesday, May 23, 2018
When you think farm to table, the first thing that comes to mind probably isn’t flowers. But we’re here to change your thought process by sharing an inside view of our process. We pride ourselves in doing things differently here at BloomsyBox. And the first step of bringing beautiful blooms to your doorstep starts at the source with our flower farm partners.
Here’s how the process works at a glance:
1. Flowers are grown on farms around the globe. We source our blooms from the best and most eco-friendly growers around the world. Most flowers you receive are shipped to you directly from places like South America, Holland, and California (to name a few).
2. Our farm partners cut the flowers and ship them directly to your doorstep. We don’t believe in our flowers wasting time in warehouses. While other flower delivery companies typically come with an 8-10 day turnaround on their bouquets, ours arrive a whole lot sooner – with no middle-man taking time (or money) to package and ship your flowers. Each arrangement is hand-cut, assembled, and hand-tied right on the farm before being shipped directly to you.
3. You receive your BloomsyBox bouquet(s) and enjoy them as they bloom! Ever wonder why you often receive your BloomsyBox bouquets in bud form? Our flowers are so fresh, they arrive within 2-4 days of being cut from the farms, which means they often haven’t even reached full bloom yet by the time you get them! We guarantee you’ll love your flowers, or you won’t pay for them.**
There you have it! Fresh flowers from our farms – to your table. (Or shelf, or anywhere you like to display your blooms!) We are proud to partner with sustainable, eco-friendly flower farms to provide you with the most unique varieties of flowers available.
Treat yourself to a BloomsyBox subscription to see the process in action. We promise you won’t regret it!
