Not only are the Blooms outstanding, from Exotics to Roses to Bright Delights, but the service behind the scene is one you hope you could receive with anything you purchase. Quick response, consistent follow up and proactive resolve to a problem that wasn't theirs per say but the local carrier. They handled everything extremely professional with personalization. It was heartfelt and that is why I take this time to write such a review.

I have been using this company since the beginning of 2021, because I received one of the most beautiful bouquets I have ever seen, when my son passed away. It lasted so long. Every person I have sent a bouquet gift to, has complimented the flowers and made note of how long their beauty lasted. They even compared them to the other flowers they were receiving. This lets me know, there is a difference. The quality of the flowers, the arrangement or selection of flowers, the delivery, on point. The last bouquet that was received as a gift to someone, I received a hug for. No words needed. It brightened up their home, during a time of mourning. Thank you for your service.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I am on my 5th year of using them to deliver fresh flowers to my sweet mother-in-law. I signed up for the deluxe flower bouquet to be delivered to her. Each box received has been in exceptional condition, full of the most beautiful flowers you have ever seen, vibrant colors and wonderful scents. There were two incidents with FedEx partially damaging the box which damaged several flowers in the arrangement. While this was not the fault of Bloomsy Box, when I called about the damage the company immediately sent my mother-in-law a replacement bouquet. Great company, great customer service and the flowers are worth the price. You’ll never worry about receiving a disappointing bouquet.

I ordered flowers for my sisters 70th Birthday. I forgot to add my name to the card. I didn’t have an order number yet, but emailed customer service asking them to add my name to my recent order. I gave them my name and my sister’s name, city and state. Within 15 minutes I received an email that my was added! I have ordered flowers in the past from BloomsyBox and the recipients have always commented how beautiful the bouquet was. I even had a yearly subscription to send my Mother flowers. Mom was always thrilled to receive a beautiful bouquet every month.
