With each new year comes a wave of resolutions.


As many of us set out to create a new and improved version of ourselves in the beginning months of 2023, we think the best resolutions foster self-care, inspire joy and create healthy rituals.

Being tapped into technology at the rate many of us are can create mental health challenges. One way to combat technology fatigue is by interacting with nature and organic elements. Whether it's going for a long walk, gardening, or having organic elements scattered throughout your home, honoring nature can bring mental ease and a sense of calmness.


Unless it's a task on our to-do lists, it can be hard to see the importance of relaxing but taking time to destress can have a positive effect on your overall health and mental well-being. Unwinding doesn't have to mean a full-on spa day either– it can be something as simple as cooking a new recipe or taking the time to care for your houseplants.
